This is the current created format for the IPD Demotions. Users are certainly required to use this format when in progress of writing a demotion. If this isn't followed, the topic will be deleted and the user who posted the topic, will be asked to re-write it under the correct format.

Just a heads up:
Users will have to write a permitted reason on why the demotion took place; if the reason is not valid, administrators will post and make the user being demoted to keep their rank before demotion took place.
